Challenge #319

Good morning!  I almost forgot it was Tuesday.  Silly me.  I was not thinking clearly.  And.....I must be going daft.
I know I have not shared any photos lately but I have to show you our tiny daffodils.  This is the first time we have grown them and they are giving us a taste of spring.

They are so pretty and happy looking that I just had to share!

Now for sketch #319...
Thanks to Vicki and the optional theme is "Create a round or oval card".
Here are the examples from our team:

Wow!  Some really awesome circular and oval cards by our talented team.  If you have never made a circular card, they are a lot of fun and a style everyone should try.  I am sure these examples will spur you on to do just that.
Remember, you have two weeks to play along and I look forward to seeing your creations.
Happy card making, everyone!

Top Cards for Challenge #316

Happy Wednesday everyone!
I am really enjoying the new format showcasing the top cards in a post of their own.  How about you?

The entries for challenge #316 were each so unique and the top three each have a very different take on the sketch.  Here they are (in no particular order):

Congratulations, card makers!  And thank you to all who played along.  Just a reminder:  If you post your card using Flickr, I cannot include it in the top choices. I just do not know how to have the picture come out clear and there does not seem to be a way for me to link to the card maker.  Hope everyone has a great week!

Good morning!
I hope your week has started out well.  Spring is attempting to come here and our crocuses and daffodils are beginning to bloom.  Now, if only the temperature would warm up.  I am tired of frosty mornings.  Hope your weather is better than ours.

We have a clean and simple sketch this week courtesy of Vicki:
And the optional theme is A Trio of Words.

And here are the examples created by our team:

Great cards, team!  You have given our viewers lots of ways to use the sketch and I am sure there will be several great cards for this challenge.  I hope everyone has fun playing along.
As always, there are two weeks to enter (until May 1st) and you can post your cards below or on our Facebook page.  So lets everyone have some fun with this one!

Challenge #316

Hello and happy Tuesday to everyone!
It is raining here -but that is a very good thing.  The rain is washing the last bits of snow away and we can really have spring.  I hope you are enjoying sunshine and good weather wherever you live.

Our sketch this week is from Donna and is a vibrant, happy design.  The optional theme is A Burst of Colour.  I guess I was influenced by spring.
And here are the cards from our team:

Wow!  What a burst of colour!  Makes me think of spring.  These are beautiful cards and great inspirations for our viewers.  I know everyone will want to make a card after seeing these awesome ones.
Remember, you have two weeks to play along with this sketch and you can enter below or as a post on our Facebook page.  Have a great week and please,  find some time for yourselves - no matter how busy your lives are.
